Assistance from a resident

The professional team is here to take particular care of you. The packages include guidance and assistance from a resident guide at the client's disposal from 9am until late hours. We take care not only of business interests but also provide a translation service, guidance through the city and help in other informal circumstances. The packages include presentation and analysis of the current property market in Poland designed for prospective investors and a full presentation of a chosen property. In addition, in Goldberg & Son head office customers will be presented with the latest property offers.

Consultation with a solicitor

An introductory consultation with a solicitor who is able to offer professional guidance on various aspects of property contracts can be arranged. They are able to offer professional guidance on various aspects of property contracts. Moreover, the solicitor will provide help with the preparation of documents that are indispensable in the process of investing in Polish property.

Consultation with an architect

The relationship with the architect is fundamental to realising a property that meets with your expectations and aspirations. Consultation and dialogue with an architect can bring out optimal solutions and helps clients to maximise value from their investment. A introductory consultation with an architect is offered by Goldberg & Son. Clients can discuss their property needs in depth and the architect can offer valuable assistance.

Consultation with the financial advisor

A financial advisory provides our clients with broad advice on the available bank credits, tax issues and other financial aspects of the process of investing in polish properties.

Tourist attractions

Krakow offers broad appeal and there are many captivating sites that should be enjoyed while visiting. The packages include a sightseeing route, planned by our company, but discussed with the customer in advance of their arrival, so that it meets with their interests and requirements.

A car with personal driver

A car with a personal driver is at the client's disposal from 9 am until the late hours. This service enables our clients to concentrate only on the main business purposes of their stay in Poland rather than dealing with the inconvenience of navigating using public transport networks. Moreover, it enables easy and pleasurable sightseeing of Cracow and its picturesque surroundings.
